Hello and welcome!
My name is Michiel Maandag. I have more than a decade of global brand strategy, mobile development and technology experience at Nokia and as consultant prior Nokia in many companies including P&G, Heineken, Philips.

My home country is The Netherlands. In the last 10 years I have been living in Finland and now recently in New York City. This means that once in a while I might write a bit in the “Dutch/Finn/English” way. My advice: don’t bother when you read this blog.

What is this blog all about?
A place were I can share ideas about stuff I read and find interesting to share. Focus will be on brands, all things mobile and technology that helps our lives to progress and become richer.

Why is you blog called MondayTalk?
That’s an easy one: I read so much stuff and think there is always plenty to talk about. So, there you have the “talk” bit. Then, it’s Monday because my last name in Dutch means Monday. So, Monday talks!

MondayTalk: talk on Monday?
The future will tell if I will talk more than on Mondays…  The first post was on a Saturday so who knows:-)
